AND PARENT AGREEMENT
Please visit the link below to view the Band Handbook, and then visit the second link to complete the information form and parent agreement by Friday, September 2nd. Completing this form indicates you have read all enclosed materials and are aware of student responsibilities, expectations, and all concert dates. After September 2nd, students will not receive participation points in class until the Student Information Form and Parent Agreement has been completed.
